Namibia

BSE is a recognised training provider in both the TVET as well as the Higher Education space. BSE has developed several qualifications for the Transport & Logistics as well as Wholesale & Retail industries that are recognised and accredited by the NQA and have successfully completed several competency-based training programmes in partnership with the NTA for both the Logistics and Wholesale & Retail industries. Our core competencies are the development of recognised qualifications together with the associated training content and assessment tools, implementation of training programmes, and mentoring students to ensure that they are competent in the critical skills required by the industries that BSE operates in.

The University of North West has three different campuses whereby students can enroll – Mafikeng, Potchefstroom and Vanderbijlpark campus. They also provide the opportunity for students to study from far away. North West also offers a wide variety of degrees and post graduates from Economic and Management Sciences to Theology.

The International University of Management was founded back in 2002 with one student and as of today, they have more than 9 000 students. They offer various courses and degrees such as business administration, education, health sciences, information and communication technology, strategic management and numerous short courses.

The University of Namibia is currently the largest National institute of higher education in the country as it has over 30 000 students enrolled. UNAM offers a wide variety of possible careers for prospective students, such as Agriculture and Natural Resources, Economics & Management, Education, Engineering and IT, Law, Humanities and Social Sciences, Namibia Business School and various Health Sciences.

The Namibian University of Science and Technology has six faculties which prospective students can choose from. The faculties are Management Sciences, Human Sciences, Engineering, Health & Applied Sciences, Computing and Informatics and Natural Resources & Spatial Sciences.

South Africa

The University of North West has three different campuses whereby students can enroll – Mafikeng, Potchefstroom and Vanderbijlpark campus. The University of Johannesburg is one of the largest in South Africa. They have four different campuses. Together these four campuses host about 50 000 students. They host eight different faculties namely; Education, Law, Humanities, Fine Arts, Design and Architecture, Health Sciences, Science, Engineering and Business and Economics.

The University of Stellenbosch has a total of 29 000 students across five campuses. They have 10 different faculties; AgriSciences, Economic and Management Sciences, Medicine and Health Science, Engineering, Military Sciences, Arts and Social Sciences, Science, Education, Law and Theology which offer students an opportunity to virtually study anything.

Rhodes University is small compared to other universities – having just a little more than 8 000 students, but their pass rates for both undergraduates and postgraduates are among the best in the country. They also heavily focus on research.

Formed back in 2004, the University of Kwazulu-Natal has grown a lot, offering five different campuses which students can choose from – Edgewood, Howard College, Medical School, Pietermaritzburg and Westville. Each campus offering different undergraduate and postgrad courses.

The University of the Western Cape has seven different faculties which students can attend. They are the faculty of Arts, Community and Health, Dentistry, Economic and Management Science, Education, Law and Natural Science.

The University of Cape Town is ranked as the best university in Africa, by five different world university rankings. They have six campuses that prospective students can choose from, which offers a lot of career choices.

The University of Pretoria is heavily focused on research and as a result, they are one of Africa’s top universities as well as the number one university when it comes to research. They partake in numerous research studies and specifically focus on research which will have a great impact on society and research in general.

The University of Witwatersrand is a research-intensive university and their aim is to be among the top league universities by 2022. The research done at Wits are of the highest quality of Africa, as 85% of all of their research is published in international journals. They also provide the most millionaires than any other university in South Africa.
